Can we say sweet and stunning! this dress can be worn for a gorgeous sunny day stroll or a fancy summer evening event. the collar wraps gently over the shoulders to a slight v in the back. The waistline is shaped giving a dip at the back that will ease the slight to the waistline. This dress was always worn with a very full crinoline just adding to the small of the waist. The dress with crinolines worn underneath, have that swish sound when one crosses the room. This is 1950's and a loved piece, in very good condition to wear. slight yellowing at underarm linings only outside underarm in good condition.
